A unique event – never happened before in Australia or, as a matter of fact, in the whole world. People of WA should be proud of their medical, dental professionals and beauty specialists, who stepped out of their comfort zone and got on the expo floor to give back to the community and educate people about their profession and services, provide consultations, advise on treatment options and prepared thousands and thousands of free gift vouchers, giveaways and prizes.

Our concept – Medical Approach to Beauty: – promotes the role of the skin, lips, eyes, lines and overall well-being as well as teeth in the perception of the Smile; – encourages professionals from all sorts of medical, dental and beauty fields to cooperate and communicate with each other during the “Smile-creation” process and to “Give Back to The Community”, to share the knowledge and experience.

SmileExpo 2013 Perth will be the weekend of fun, entertainment and education for all age groups.

With free entertainment for the kids, such as: face-painters, balloon-twisters, illusionists, professional kids entertainers, fun bouncy castles, bungee 2 lane and much more, we`ll be sure to keep them happy and occupied.

Our free ”Pamper Zone” with professional beauty therapists performing complimentary mini-manicure, mini-pedicure, head, hands and feet massage and reflexology, mini- facials and other beauty treatments will pleasantly surprise women and help them look beautiful on the day.

With the open food outlet and bar, number of celebrities present on the floor, ticket raffles every hour with prizes from all the exhibitors and our “Hunt the Treasure at the SmileExpo” competition we`ll be sure to keep male visitors entertained.

We also prepared stand-up comedians, DJs, musicians and dancers to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere and even a real“Hot Pink” A-dec dental chair ( kindly supplied by our sponsor – A-dec ) to help everyone, especially kids, to overcome the fear and know the Golden Standard in the professional dental care.

Spacecubed

Perth has got its first start-up co-working space in the form of Spacecubed  to bring together like minded entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Spacecubed is the brainchild of project manager Brodie McCulloch, who is also the managing director of Social Innovation in Western Australia, a network group for social innovation enterprise groups.

Spacecubed is  500 square metres of space at 45 St Georges Terrace in the Perth CBD. They have  various different membership options, the Community Membership $22.50 per month / $270 per year + gst

Spacecubed is open to all on Friday mornings between 8:00am – 12:00noon and you can drop by and check out  the space for yourself
